Polypropylene

Printer Friendly Version

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer with low specific gravity and good resistance to chemicals and fatigue. It can be readily colored, has good tensile strength and proven resistance to acids, alkalis and solvents. It also has low permeability to water, is unaffected by bacteria or fungus and has good electrical resistance. Chemical and fiber additions produce improved impact and UV resistance, increased flexibility and anti-static control, strength, excellent end product durability and performance.
