Standard Terms: Net 30 days, 1.5% discount on payment received within 10 days. Shipping as requested by buyer. If unspecified, shipping will be at V.I.P. Inc.'s discretion. Buyer will be billed for shipping expense and any additional cost, including insurance and special handling. Delivery will be indicated at time of purchase agreement. Delivery schedule begins upon receipt of purchase order. Delivery date is subject to change upon notification from V.I.P. Inc. Buyer bears responsibility for filing any claims for loss or damage in shipping. V.I.P. Inc. reserves the right to withhold any shipment in whole or part if the account is determined to be delinquent. Prices are subject to change without notice. V.I.P. Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order if the item is unavailable or has been discontinued. V.I.P Inc. reserves the right to inspect any goods determined by the buyer to be defective in either materials or workmanship. Cancellation of an accepted purchase order is subject to approval by V.I.P. Inc with terms to protect V.I.P. Inc. from any financial loss. Returns require authorization from V.I.P. Inc. All claims against V.I.P. Inc. must be made within 15 days of shipping date. A 25% restocking fee will be effective after 15 days of shipment.

Volt has implemented a $10.00 handling charge for orders under 5,000 pieces. The $10.00 charge will cover all line items under 5,000 pieces. 

Warranty/Guarantee Disclaimer
Volt Industrial Plastics Inc. products are sold with the understanding that the buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the application and use of V.I.P Inc. products. Volt Industrial Plastics Inc. warrants all of its products solely against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to replacement of V.I.P. Inc. products shown to be defective in materials or workmanship. Under no circumstances will V.I.P. Inc. be liable for any damage, loss or expense arising from the use, misuse or inability to use any V.I.P. Inc. product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty or guarantee of merchantability or fitness for use in any application.

Shipping
V.I.P. will drop ship upon customer request. V.I.P. ships via FedEx or UPS. FedEx Express 2-Day services provides committed delivery in two business days. Any form of UPS delivery can be used.

Notice: All shipments are FOB Flippin, AR. Customer is responsible for cost of insurance and other additional shipping charges billed to Volt by any freight company. In order to receive insurance coverage in case of loss or damage in transit, you must ask for it at time of placing your order and you will be billed accordingly. Volt Industrial Plastics is not responsible for any packages once they leave our shipping department.
